What we offer

Fruit Powders
Fruit powders are obtained by removing the water from the whole fruit, fruit juices or fruit extracts while preserving the nutrients, color, and flavor. Water removal allows for product stability and a much longer shelf life at room temperature, without the need for preservatives. We offer a wide selection of fruit powders that are obtained by several different drying technologies: freeze-drying, spray-drying, drum drying, vacuum drying, and oven drying. These technologies require different formulations (excipients for instance) and result in fruit powders with different characteristics in particle size, solubility, flavor, etc. We will be happy to discuss which option is most suitable for your application/product.
