Fruit Powders

Most of our fruit powders are freeze-dried. In this process (also known as lyophilization), foodstuff is frozen and subjected to vacuum, removing the water from the cells through sublimation, thereby preserving the nutrients, color, flavor and format of the ingredients. Water removal allows for product stability and a much longer shelf life at room temperature, without the need to add preservatives. Some products are available in spray-dried format and dehydrated formats, which constitute other convenient drying technologies.

Botanicals & Extracts

Our raw botanicals are cultivated following stringent agricultural practices and are carefully harvested. They are dehydrated and minimally processed. Usual applications are infusions, beverages, and food. The botanical extracts are produced by spray-drying where the concentrated emulsion is converted into a fine dry water-soluble powder.
