We are delighted to celebrate this very pleasant milestone for our company: we have reached the age of five!
Despite the many challenges, including a global pandemic, it has been an overwhelmingly fulfilling ride building solid relationships with so many business partners: reliable manufacturers and growers, logistics operators, academic collaborators, regulatory and quality assurance professionals and, very, very importantly, our esteemed clients!
We want to express our deepest gratitude to each one of these partners.
Back in July 2016, when we made the decision to create the business, we chose a name that makes a lot of sense to us and explains what we care about the most. Verum means truth in Latin – and truth has been our guiding, uncompromising business principle in an industry that has global consumers demanding full transparency, the highest quality standards, social responsibility and, of course, delicious food.
And now, five years later, we have never been more confident that our value proposition has been positively perceived by our fast-growing customer base, supported by our deep understanding of South American food ingredients supply chains, our commitment to quality, and our ability to technically support our clients in their sourcing and formulation challenges.
