What we offer
Fruit Powders
We primarily freeze-dry most of our fruit powders. During this process (also known as lyophilization), we freeze the foodstuff and subject it to a vacuum. This vacuum removes the water from the cells through sublimation. Consequently, this process preserves the nutrients, color, flavor, and format of the ingredients. Furthermore, by removing water, we achieve product stability and extend shelf life at room temperature without the need to add preservatives. Additionally, we offer some products in spray-dried format and dehydrated formats, which are other convenient drying technologies.
Botanicals & Extracts
We cultivate our raw botanicals following stringent agricultural practices and carefully harvest them. Subsequently, we dehydrate and minimally process the botanicals. Consequently, we typically use them in infusions, beverages, and food applications. Furthermore, we produce botanical extracts by spray-drying, converting the concentrated emulsion into a fine dry water-soluble powder.
